Northern Shipping Containers LLC sells new and used shipping containers in various sizes and configurations. We also provide container modification services. All product descriptions, specifications, and imagery on our site are provided in good faith but may be subject to change.

• Container condition grades (new/one-trip, WWT, cargo-worthy) are assessed prior to sale
• Minor surface rust, dents, or discoloration on used units does not constitute a defect
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

03. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Northern Shipping Containers LLC. An order is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Full or partial payment may be required before production, modification, or delivery scheduling begins.

04. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across all 50 US states. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Northern Shipping Containers LLC is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, site access problems, or other factors beyond our control.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access for delivery vehicles
• Failure to provide adequate access may result in redelivery fees
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and sign-off

All modification work is scoped and agreed upon in writing before commencement. Modifications are non-refundable once fabrication has begun. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modifications comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements.
